Accessibility at CharisTea
CharisTea Brands LLC is committed to ensuring that charistea.com is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that every visitor deserves a clear, usable experience — and we are actively working to meet that standard.

Our standard
We aim for charistea.com to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Our site is built on Shopify, which provides a foundation of accessible templates and components. We are continually reviewing and improving our site to work toward full conformance.
At this time, charistea.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. We are working to address any gaps as the site develops.

What we’re doing
We have taken the following steps to support accessibility on charistea.com: building on Shopify’s accessibility-focused platform; selecting themes and components designed with screen reader compatibility in mind; using sufficient color contrast across the site; providing descriptive alt text for images; and ensuring that the site is navigable by keyboard.
