Products & Ordering

All orders placed through charistea.com are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Orders are for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale of CharisTea products without written permission is prohibited.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. CharisTea does not store your full payment card information.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are 5–7 business days from the date of shipment and are provided as estimates only — actual delivery times may vary. CharisTea is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we are generally unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@charistea.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund. We want every CharisTea experience to be a good one.

Limited Edition Drops

CharisTea artist collaboration products are released in limited drops. These products — including packaging and original artwork — are available in limited quantities and will not be restocked once sold out. The teas themselves will remain available for purchase. We do not use artificial scarcity tactics.

Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. CharisTea products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Artist collaborators retain rights to their original artwork as specified in their individual agreements with CharisTea.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
