Our founder fell in love with tea at 14 — not the tea itself, but what happened around it. Daily tea time at a family table in Ireland. The way it made everyone sit down, look up, and actually be there together. That feeling never left her.

EVERY COLLECTION BEGINS WITH A CONVERSATION

At CharisTea, we believe tea and art belong in everyday life. Each collection begins with a conversation — about an artist work, the feeling it creates, and the teas that might capture that feeling. Celebrating artists is at the heart of what we do.

Ashley Kinsey is our first featured artist. On weekdays, she typically likes to pause from her work around 3pm and enjoy a cup of tea. She doesn't have a favorite tea because she likes the experience of trying many different kinds. In her art, she also likes the experience of trying many things in order to get to the heart of her subject matter. This smattering of Cs came together as part of the process in getting to the heart of the C in CharisTea.
