Our teas are sourced from certified organic estates in the Himalayas of Nepal — handpicked and packed at source. We keep things pure and simple: single-origin teas and thoughtfully chosen botanicals like ginger, cardamom, and orange peel. Full ingredients are listed on each product page and the packaging.

It depends on the blend — some of our teas are naturally caffeinated, others are naturally caffeine-free. Caffeine information is listed on each product page and the packaging.

Loose leaf tea stays fresh for up to two years when stored properly. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct light and heat — the tins it comes in are designed for exactly this. Once you’ve finished the tea, the tins are refillable and make great long-term storage for any loose leaf. Individual sachets come in sealed foil envelopes to keep them fresh until you’re ready to brew.

For loose leaf, add 1 teaspoon to a strainer or tea basket, pour 8 oz of water heated to between 185–210°F depending on the tea, and steep for about 5 minutes. Remove the leaves and enjoy. For sachets, just place one in your cup and steep the same way — no strainer needed. Specific brew notes for each tea, including cold brew and second steep recommendations, are on the product page.

It depends on the format. Each loose leaf tin contains 1.5 oz of tea — enough for approximately 20–25 cups. Individual sachets make one cup each. Specific quantity details are listed on each product page.

For loose leaf, you’ll need something to strain the leaves — a tea basket, tea ball, or disposable paper tea bag all work well. If you don’t have one, they’re easy to find online or at most kitchen stores for just a few dollars. If you’re brewing a sachet, no equipment needed — just add hot water.

Yes — most of our teas make excellent iced tea. Add 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea to a strainer or tea basket in a pitcher or jar, fill with room temperature water, and let it cold brew in the fridge overnight. For sachets, the same method works — just drop one in and let it steep overnight. Check the product page for cold brew recommendations specific to each tea.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we hope to offer in the future — stay tuned.
